Restore finite solve dashboard and report startup progress Connect Crossterm cursor input/output to the supervised terminal without changing native process ownership. Add finite-only startup phase heartbeats and regression coverage for real native TTY rendering, cancellation, and phase handoffs. Validated 150 tests; no solver, scope, or checkpoint changes.
