Adapt the portfolio CLI test to project's reduced-order schema Merge interaction between algebra-fixes and kinematic-order: algebra-fixes made `symgcad project` report exactly the projection `solve` lifts, so with a homogeneous anchor its `order` is the reduced order (anchor removed) and the original lifting order moves to `homogeneous.original_order`. kinematic-order's CLI test compared the project `order` with the portfolio's full lifting order. The test now compares the portfolio order with `homogeneous.original_order` (and the reduced `order` with that order minus the chosen anchor) when the projection is homogeneous; `order` output is unchanged.
