Correct inputs for `devShells.default` function

This had two issues. First, it was trying to set the shell inputs via
`overrideAttrs`, which can’t be used for `inputsFrom`. Second, it was pulling
the inputs for a wrapper, rather than for the derivation we’re actually
interested in.

These are fixed, and the shell should now include the correct set of inputs.
