Stop using .cache/ for storing Nix-generated files (#196)

This is problematic for at least two reasons:

1. .cache is often ignored globally (and understandably – you don’t want
to commit caches to your repo by accident) and
2. Project Manager-generated files aren’t automatically regenerated the
way something like a Direnv cache would be. You need to explicitly run a
command.

The files that used to go there are now in .local/share/ because they
are files that don’t change during the normal development flow.

Fixes #188.
