`project-manager` command improvements

- rename `fmt` subcommand to `format`, and make `fmt` an alias
- add a `kitchen-sink` (with `ks` alias) subcommand that runs both `switch` and
  `fmt`
- improve formatting of the help output
  - commands that pass through unknown arguments (like `format`) now display
    `[ARG …]`
  - all descriptions are formatted the same – under the command, indented four
    spaces
