Refactor media service tests to table-driven style Merge the two publish-success tests and the two video-error tests into two table-driven tests, matching the convention used elsewhere in the repo. Making the assertions uniform also strengthens coverage: the animated case now checks the returned MediaID, FileID, and PublishTime, and both error cases now verify that no media item was inserted.
