Restore backend Nix build

Update the Go module vendor hash so nix build .#backend accepts the current go.mod and go.sum dependency set.

The previous hash failed with:

specified: sha256-iQFQPgDiSmBMRp9Md/C+vuYli14u0HNQR4sJ44GsxOM=
got: sha256-9RkFURPCYPchCfefWuASmVcCC7sWgRQBtJ3Q8tJG04E=
