record direct-H acceptance and affine-star implementation audit Preserve the actual saved-GL638 conditional map checks, runtime card, reproducible public-API driver, exact dependency linker and numerical provenance. Reduced-state Gaussian reference checks pass at 8192 and 32768 points; all 24 native inverse ray checks and independent full 12D finite-difference determinants pass. Measured q~R^-0.501 agrees with the intended one-normal focusing, without establishing bounded weights or physical variance improvement. The corrected optimized full-state check verifies 936 production keys, 32768 finite reference draws, the full determinant and native ray inverses. It matches the reduced-state reference at identical cubes. Preserve the earlier scratch selector-count mistake and environment failure without treating them as production failures. Reference substitution bypasses physical orientations; all-orientation physical comparisons remain required. The portable script and corrected driver were compiled and exercised successfully. Document the unimplemented generic affine-star boundary: whole-group dependency certification, shared actual overlap centers, shared complement-only projection scale, canonical membership branches and their numerical gates. Update the plan and research index. No production code or threshold metadata changes. Validation: portable JSON/TOML parse, recorded artifact hashes verified, shell syntax check, final portable compile/run, and git diff --check. User prompts: Continue as planned, but re-read the plan, and establish how to best orchestrate progress on both front of amplitude surface advanced sampling, but also the overall goal of cross-section advanced sampling, that must eventually apply to GL638 and demonstrate improvement there. (continue as planned, but remember that for being able to quickly generate states for testing, specifying ot one orientation may help. But ultimately, things must be tested end-to-end on all orientations) (oh and I forgot, you should commit+push regularly at good milestones in a new feature branch `advanced_sampling`, which does not exist yet ) Add to do all git commit and push from the user ValentinHirschi with email valentin.hirschi@gmail.com Also explicitly add to the plan that this is a hard task and you should consult the existing research you did already often (specifiy relevant markdown) and complement it when needed and use many subagents to do implementation slices, code audit, tests and research. As the main agents you should mostly act as an orchestrator, so as to not pollute your context.
