finish API documentation audit and isolate examples Document the GammaLoop Rust facade lifecycle and remaining manual/API gaps, repair a Linnet Rustdoc link, keep generated Python literal examples well-formed, retain contextual CLI links, and isolate process-global documentation examples so licensed and restricted Pages validation pass without putting a credential in derivation metadata.
