finish API documentation audit and isolate examples Document the GammaLoop Rust facade lifecycle and remaining manual/API gaps, repair a Linnet Rustdoc link, keep generated Python literal examples well-formed, retain contextual CLI links, and isolate process-global documentation examples so licensed and restricted Pages validation pass without putting a credential in derivation metadata. User request: "sounds good. Also what about the references. Rustdoc seems sparse, and most of the python apis lack example. Also while doing all this maintain a list in develpper docs that notices wrhere the apis are lacking" Follow-up: "yes but add your findings about the prose manuals" Validation follow-up: "copy /shared/codexC/lcnbr/gammaloop/.envrc so that you can use that key.."
