add spacelike and near-light-cone thermal QCD diagnostics

Compare unresummed spectral functions against arXiv:1910.07552v2.
Save run cards, numerical results, and nonfinite-sample reproducers.
Document the spacelike NLO mismatch, radial-root isolation failure,
and poor convergence near the light cone.
