add standalone xbox sum, soft-triangle, and thrown-out diagrams

Standalone documents sharing xbox-common.typ take over from the removed
single-file xbox example: the xbox sum with configured cut heights and
endpoint cuts, the soft triangle, and the thrown-out routings.
