align Tymbolica interop with fixed Symbolica main

Pin native GammaLoop, isolated Tydenso, Hakari, standalone templates, and revision guards to official Symbolica main 4f1323185fe5e0c0f8c864ab89edd1905e7adef1, with Numerica and Graphica at the same source. Advance the shared payload and Typst checkout together to pushed Tymbolica 32ae00483b4845161401afac8be755cc336cb2bb. Rebuild the Tydenso compressed plugin and inflater; the deterministic manual remains byte-identical.

The new upstream revision fixes the accepted negative-zero algebraic root-isolation hang. The Tymbolica reproducer and formerly hanging Typst solver documents now pass, without a local arithmetic workaround or weakened assertions. Do not replace the separate Python community runtime in this release.

Validation: final locked native workspace check and strict Clippy with all targets pass; docs-builder check passes. Tydenso formatting, Wasm check, strict Clippy, all 28 native payload-boundary tests, and full just --unstable tydenso::check pass. The latter verifies exact dependency provenance, isolated Wasm features, every example and test, the expected-invalid gamma-order fixture, semantic HTML with seven mphantom nodes, SVG, and deterministic manual parity. Compressed Tydenso is 3,922,305 bytes; inflater is 28,205 bytes. No API or test changes in this alignment.
