update Symbolica and activate OEM licensing in the CLI

Update both Cargo workspaces, Hakari, standalone loaders, and revision guards directly to official Symbolica main ba3737137c2a2ccd7bb39f0441837d38ec867e78. Migrate production, test, and benchmark call sites to the new APIs, including grid errors, integer conditions, and underdetermined momentum solutions.

Activate the public crate-bound OEM token only in the gammaloop executable. Keep reusable Rust/Python libraries user-licensed; update the associated guidance. Intermediate 0084bc7c/cb2d9d6a updates are consolidated away.

The final source tree is identical to original739671a9 (Git tree16a6089a16192b6767cbd84f614c2fe0a295e899). Prior validation: native/Wasm checks,31 focused tests, OEM crate-binding probes, CLI completion startup, standalone loader check, formatting, Hakari and Clippy. Existing --help exit status1 and cross-repository Tymbolica pin limitation remain unchanged; artifacts are preserved, not rebuilt.

History-boundary validation: typed-API and printer-foundation checkpoints pass locked Idenso/Spynso native checks. The Tydenso checkpoint passes locked native all-target and Wasm checks, all six examples/four positive Typst test documents, expected invalid gamma rejection, HTML MathML/phantom and SVG checks, and a byte-identical manual rebuild.

Can we squash, consolidate, and then split this whole stack off of main into functionality-based commits? Roughly, like five or six at max?
