User request: can we update to `0084bc7c1418940fdec652059cd704e00d07e9d1` of `https://github.com/symbolica-dev/symbolica.git`?

Pin Symbolica, Numerica and Graphica consistently in native and Tydenso workspaces,
Hakari data and standalone build templates. Migrate matching bounds, solution
handling, integration grids and the user-approved test/benchmark call sites.
Preserve free-variable identity assignments that the new solution API omits.

Validation: native all-target checks for gammaloop-api, gammalooprs, idenso and
spynso3 pass. Spenso test targets compile; 13 portable-payload, 7 materialization
and 3 Vakint momentum-solve tests pass. Formatting, dependency isolation, Hakari
generation check and Clippy pass (5 existing Spynso boolean-style warnings).

Tydenso Wasm remains blocked upstream at the requested revision: the library
unlock registration helper references native-only check_registration and abort
without a wasm32 cfg guard. Independently reproduced with Symbolica alone.
No upstream patch, Tymbolica/Rubi update or bundle replacement is included.
New Numerica also rejects zero-dimensional continuous grids at construction.
