bind conditional amplitude surfaces and share native reference rescue

Prepare routed surface fibers from sampled complements through the existing
implicit map, with analytic two-energy minima, SOCP candidate centers, native
sign checks and exact conditional forward/inverse densities. Bind explicit
proper subspaces and boosted full-space surfaces in the master amplitude LMB.
Reuse the physical original-draw stability loop for normalized reference values
and moments, rejecting unresolved or unrepresentable output.

Record the frozen-X1 all-orientation kite, double-box and GL638 radial pilots, including
resolved settings, maximum points and limitations. The kite mixture improves
its small real-component pilot; GL638 has no consistent three-seed LU-h gain.
Conditional cut/left/right production binding and the full GL638 goal remain
open. No saved physical output schema changes; internal bridge construction
now takes the resolved RuntimeSettings.

Validation:
- Focused conditional/native suite: 3 passed; broader core sampling suite:
  139 passed; saved-state and summed/explicit API regressions: 2 passed;
  test_differential: 11 passed.
- cargo check -p gammalooprs -p gammaloop-api --tests
- cargo check -p gammaloop-integration-tests --test test_differential
- cargo check -p gammaloop-api --features python_api --tests
- cargo fmt --all --check
- cargo clippy -p gammalooprs -p gammaloop-api --all-targets

Frozen geometry can still abort transactional warmup on a numeric binding error;
only per-draw failures currently enter automatic native rescue. This capability
limit and Gaussian-body underflow are explicitly recorded for the next slices.

User prompts:

Continue as planned, but re-read the plan, and establish how to best orchestrate progress on both front of amplitude surface advanced sampling, but also the overall goal of cross-section advanced sampling, that must eventually apply to GL638 and demonstrate improvement there.

(continue as planned, but remember that for being able to quickly generate states for testing, specifying ot one orientation may help. But ultimately, things must be tested end-to-end on all orientations)

(oh and I forgot, you should commit+push regularly at good milestones in a new feature branch `advanced_sampling`, which does not exist yet )

Also explicitly add to the plan that this is a hard task and you should consult the existing research you did already often (specifiy relevant markdown) and complement it when needed and use many subagents to do implementation slices, code audit, tests and research. As the main agents you should mostly act as an orchestrator, so as to not pollute your context.
