reconstruct sampling maps in the native stability stack

Bind Double/Quad/Arb geometry from one warmed catalogue and compiled proxy
program epoch. Reconstruct the original binary64 draw when a numerical map or
foreign-density failure requests another precision, and retain the resulting
native value through the existing precise API instead of evaluating it again.

Combine map Jacobians, channel factors and physical/reference values before
reporting. X-space integrand_result now includes that factor and reports a unit
unapplied parameterization_jacobian; direct momentum evaluation still reports
None. Check positive sampling products and final f64 contribution/event range.
Fix named-cut event metadata and reuse the warmed canonical catalogue there.
Arb external improvement uses the existing kinematic owner and adds no archive
bytes. Update transparent test bookkeeping while preserving its raw-frame oracle.

Record six all-orientation amplitude card smokes and a fresh all-936-orientation,
six-cut GL638 baseline at checkpoint 06d470409, including reload, registry and
raw-point provenance. These are fixture/functionality results, not a variance
improvement claim. Record the bounded next LU-h profile design. Root-distance
density certification, native reference retry, derived-expression masses,
adaptive-grid range handling and conditional/joint maps remain open.

Validation:
- cargo check -p gammalooprs -p gammaloop-api --tests
- cargo check -p gammaloop-integration-tests --test test_evaluation_api
- cargo nextest run -p gammalooprs --lib -E 'test(sampling) | test(exact_binary_cube) | test(arb_external_cache) | test(stability_checks) | test(precise_event_normalization)' (169 passed)
- cargo nextest run -p gammaloop-api --lib -E 'test(summed_sampling_matches_explicit_canonical_channels) | test(saved_generated_process_runs_reference_acceptance_after_reload)' (2 passed)
- cargo nextest run -p gammaloop-integration-tests --test test_evaluation_api -E 'test(lu_rust_precise_evaluate_samples) | test(lu_rust_xspace_integrator_weights) | test(lu_rust_momentum_space) | test(lu_rust_generated_events_follow_graph_grouping)' (6 passed)
- cargo fmt --all; git diff --check
- cargo clippy -p gammalooprs -p gammaloop-api --all-targets (no changed-line warnings)

User prompts:
Continue as planned, but re-read the plan, and establish how to best orchestrate progress on both front of amplitude surface advanced sampling, but also the overall goal of cross-section advanced sampling, that must eventually apply to GL638 and demonstrate improvement there.

(continue as planned, but remember that for being able to quickly generate states for testing, specifying ot one orientation may help. But ultimately, things must be tested end-to-end on all orientations)
